Worst experience and fraud agency !!!! Opted for the very basic service for name change and Gazette publication. They were very prompt in communication and follow up until I have made full payment. But after that there is no proper response for email, not attending the calls or returning back the same. They are now asking me to follow up directly with government employees in Delhi for the Gazette publication. I have lost my money, now I am looking for any other reputed team for Gazette publication. Do not fall in their trap, I would never recommend this agency

What is Affidavit?
Affidavit is a written Statement in which Deponent oath or Affirmation his/her Statement. Just like earlier people used to take oath in front of God OR also we can consider the example of Courts by taking swear of Bhagwat Geeta. What amount of Stamp paper should be used for Affidavit?
Every State have different stamp duty. In Delhi the Prescribed Stamp Duty for Affidavit is Rs. 10/- whereas in Karnataka the Prescribed Stamp Duty for Affidavit is Rs. 20/-. So, Affidavit can be made on the value of Rs. 10/-, Rs. 20/- or higher as well.

Each State have different stamp duty for different article. So, if you have paid appropriate Stamp Duty as per your State then the Stamp Paper purchased from one state can be executed in another State.
