I took their service for a name change affidavit, and not only was the work not done properly as expected, but even after more than 20 days, I still haven’t received a copy of the affidavit. Despite repeated follow-ups, their customer support has been extremely unresponsive and careless. They fail to provide proper updates and do not take responsibility for delays. I trusted this platform for a legal document assuming it to be professional, but the service I received was far from satisfactory.
