ADVANTAGES OF SUBSTITUION OF PROPERTY
Substitution of Property is required upon the Death of the GPA Holder/Agreement to Sell’s Death to get the Clear Title in the records of Delhi Development Authority and to enjoy the benefits mentioned above.
FEW IMPORTANT POINTS
- If Power of Attorney and Agreement to Sell are on two different names and if GPA Holder expire and Agreement to sell is alive than he can apply for Freehold of the concerned property by: Submitting the Original Copy of GPA Holder’s Death Certificate.
- If Agreement to Sell expire and GPA Holder is alive than GPA Holder can also apply for Freehold of the concerned property by: Furnishing the Relinquishment Deed in the name of GPA Holder.
