Answer: Transfer in Blood relation means to transfer the Ownership of Property in relation of Blood i.e.:
- Between Siblings
- From Father to Son; vice-versa
- From Father to Daughter; vice-versa
- From Mother to Daughter; vice-versa
- From Mother to Son; vice-versa
- From Husband to Wife (for DDA Flat)
Question 2: Who can apply for Transfer in Blood Relation?
Answer: Only, The Original Allottee of DDA Property can transfer his/her ownership in relation of blood.
Question 3: Is it possible to transfer the Ownership in the name of Spouse?
Answer: It is possible to transfer in the name of Spouse in DDA Flat.
Question 4: Who covers under Class I Officer/Gazetted Officer?
Answer: People who cover under Class I Officer/Gazetted Officer are:
- Nationalized Bank Manager
- Executive Engineer
- Director of Government Department
- Principal of Government Schools
- Senior Doctor
- Assistant Commissioner of Police (and many more…)
Question 5: Is it possible for Mutatee to transfer his/her ownership in relation of blood?
Answer: No, it is not possible for mutate to transfer his/her ownership in relation of blood.
Question 6: If once transferred is it possible for Allottee to transfer his ownership again in relation of blood?
Answer: According to Policies of Delhi Development Authority, the Allottee has no right to transfer his/her Property again.
