NOTE :

  1. We provide complete assistance along with Document submission and tracking the Notification in our Premium Package however in Standard package we prepare the Documents but submission of Documents & Tracking of application needs to be done at the Customer’s end only.
  2. If the Applicant wants to change or add a surname not in their family’s ID proofs, they must obtain an Affidavit from a First Class Magistrate before applying for a name change in the Gazette.
  3. For a religion change, the Applicant must provide a Conversion Certificate. For a divorce, a Divorce Decree is required.
  4. In Case of Name change or correction required in Share Certificate, LIC Documents, or Property Documents the Notification cannot be published as per Gazette guidelines.
  5. The Gazette Fees is not included in our Standard Package. However, it is included in our Premium Package.
  6. Currently we’re providing Hard copies of Newspapers for Delhi/NCR state only, for other states Customers need to collect the Newspapers.
