RENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE AND EXECUTED AT ON THIS , BY AND BETWEEN:-

(Hereinafter called the Second Party/Tenant)
The expression of both the parties shall mean and include their respective legal heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and legal assigns.
WHEREAS the first party is the true and lawful owner OF . AND WHEREAS on the request of the second party the first party wants to let out (Hereinafter called the property) to the second party, and the second party also has agreed to take on rent the said property on the following terms and conditions of this Rent Agreement:–
- That the monthly rent of the said property is fixed by and between the parties at a sum of ₹ /- and the second party will further pay the said monthly rent in advance on or before the day of each English Calendar month to the First Party.
- That the first party has further let out the said property to the second party for a period of months w.e.f. and the second party has agreed to vacate the premises after the expiry of the period i.e., .
- That the Second Party will pay Water Bill and electricity bill as per consumption to the First Party or directly to the concerned authorities extra besides the aforesaid monthly rent.
- That the house tax will be paid by the first party.
- That the Second Party will pay Maintenance charges of ₹ to the First Party or directly to the concerned authorities extra besides the aforesaid monthly rent.
- That the first party has already received a sum of ₹ /- through Transfer as a security amount from the second Party. The said security amount will be refundable to the second party without any Interest at the time of handing over the vacant possession.
- That if the First Party wants to get vacate the said premises before the expiry of tenancy period, then the first party will serve month notice to the Second Party.
- That the tenancy period can be extended further with mutual decision of both the parties and with increment in rent of %.
- That the Second Party will not sublet the said premises or part of the same to anybody else during the tenancy period.
- That the tenancy will automatically be treated as canceled if the monthly rent is not paid for a period of one month from the due date.
- That the second party shall abide by all the rules and regulations of statutory authorities.
- That the second party shall use the said premises for purpose and not for any other purpose.
- That the Second Party will not make any addition or alteration in the existing rented structure.
- That all minor repairs shall be carried out by the tenant and all other major repairs will be carried out by the first party/owner.
- That the Second Party shall not do any illegal or unlawful activities in the premises.
- That the Second Party shall not keep any unauthorized inflammable and explosive things.
- That the Second Party will permit the first party or agent to enter the premises for inspection.
- That the second party will not apply for any loan, credit card at the premises address.
- That in case the tenant fails to comply, the First Party shall have the right to take possession and evict the said tenant.
- That all disputes shall be subject to Jurisdiction.
IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, both the parties have signed this Deed of Agreement on this day, month, and year as written above.
