I had a very disappointing experience with eDrafter.in. I took their service for a name change affidavit, and not only was the work not done properly as expected, but even after more than 20 days, I still haven’t received a copy of the affidavit. Despite repeated follow-ups, their customer support has been extremely unresponsive and careless. They fail to provide proper updates and do not take responsibility for delays. I trusted this platform for a legal document assuming it to be professional, but the service I received was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend eDrafter to anyone looking for timely and reliable legal documentation work. Highly unprofessional and frustrating experience.

e-stamp paper is a computer-based application and a secure way of paying non-judicial stamp duty to the government. Please note that e-stamp paper means paying stamp duty electronically to the government; it does not mean that the government shall provide a soft copy of e-stamp paper. This service is available in a few states only like Haryana & Jharkhand; in other states the e-Stamp paper gets available through SHCIL.
What is the “Print on e-Stamp Paper” service offered by edrafter.in?
In this Service, we provide an option to get your own Draft printed and attested on a relevant state e-Stamp paper effectively and quickly. Additionally, we also provide a consultation with an Advocate.
How does the online process for printing on e-Stamp paper work?
Customer need to upload their Document and need to fill up the form which providing us the basic details as asked; after that our team will review the Draft and shall get it executed on e-Stamp paper of required state and shall provide you with the Scan copy of the Document and further shall deliver the Hard copy (if opted).
What types of documents can I print on e-Stamp paper?
Any type of Document which require stamping can be printed however from our portal Notary attestation can be done only on general purpose Documents like Affidavit, Rental Agreement, NOC etc. Documents related to Monetary transactions cannot be Notarised as that require certain additional formalities.
Is this service legally valid and accepted across India?
