Customer for 4+ years

I've used eDrafter for over four years now to get my agreements printed on stamp paper, and the service has stayed consistently good every single time — the email process is simple and their phone support is genuinely helpful.

Two of my rental agreement documents were reviewed and printed on stamp paper within two hours of submitting them — genuinely exceptional turnaround.

It is a secure, computer-generated way of paying non-judicial stamp duty to the State Government. Non-judicial stamp paper is used for executing documents like rent agreements, affidavits, powers of attorney and property transfers under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

Judicial stamp paper is used inside courts for court fees and verdicts, under the Court Fees Act, 1870. Non-judicial stamp paper is used to execute agreements and deeds outside court, under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. What we deliver is non-judicial.

Stamp duty is set by each State Government and depends on the document type and value. Rates differ significantly between states, which is why we ask you to select your state first — the correct denominations for that state are then shown to you.

The scanned copy is emailed to you within 2 hours of your order (or 15 minutes with our Rapid Scan add-on). The physical hard copy is then dispatched and typically reaches you within a few days, anywhere in India.

Every e-Stamp certificate carries a unique identification number (UIN). You can verify it independently on the official e-Stamp portal by entering the state, certificate UIN, document description, issue date and the alphanumeric code printed on the certificate.

Yes. Either the First Party or the Second Party — tenant, vendee, transferee, donee and so on — can purchase the e-Stamp paper. Both names are printed on the certificate.
