I had a very disappointing experience with eDrafter.in. I took their service for a name change affidavit, and not only was the work not done properly as expected, but even after more than 20 days, I still haven’t received a copy of the affidavit. Despite repeated follow-ups, their customer support has been extremely unresponsive and careless. They fail to provide proper updates and do not take responsibility for delays. I trusted this platform for a legal document assuming it to be professional, but the service I received was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend eDrafter to anyone looking for timely and reliable legal documentation work. Highly unprofessional and frustrating experience.

For ex: If the applicant is changing her name from Sunita Garg to Sunita Bansal then in that case Gazette Notification is not required but if Sunita Garg wants to change her name from Sunita Garg to Neha Bansal then in that case Gazette Notification is required.
