Fetching data from Parivahan
This is an estimate, not a guarantee — the final reduction is decided by the court. Your advocate confirms the exact figure before anything is payable.
An empanelled advocate reviews your challans and calls you with the exact quotation. Nothing to pay until you approve it.
We currently accept cases for challans issued in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand & Rajasthan. Vehicles registered anywhere in India are welcome to check their challans here, but settlement is only available where we have empanelled advocates. We are onboarding more states and will expand shortly. If your challan falls outside our current coverage we will tell you before taking any money.
Every quotation has exactly two parts:
So your realistic total is roughly 40–50% of the original amount, i.e. a saving of about 50%. Every figure shown on this site is an estimate based on typical outcomes and is not a promise. A best case may reach ~55% saved; a worse case may be lower, or the court may decline to reduce the amount at all.
Submitting an enquiry costs nothing and creates no obligation. An advocate reviews your challans, confirms whether they can be compounded, and shares the exact quotation with you. You pay only after you approve that quotation, and payment is collected directly against your case — not through an automatic checkout here.
Challans are classified by the route they must follow — online payment, Virtual Court, Lok Adalat, or a regular court hearing. Classification shown here is derived from government data and is subject to advocate review. Court-route (non-compoundable) matters are quoted individually and no reduction is implied. Cases involving suspended licences, vehicle seizure, accidents, drunk driving or criminal sections may not be eligible.
The settled amount is deposited with the court/traffic authority. Our fee is separate and covers legal representation, drafting, filing and follow-up. If the court grants no reduction, the challan is still payable in full and our fee remains due for work performed.
Challan data is fetched live from government sources via a licensed data partner. Records can be delayed, duplicated or incomplete; we are not responsible for errors in the source data. Your email and phone number are used to send the quotation and case updates.
Court and Lok Adalat calendars are outside our control. We share realistic dates once the matter is listed; we cannot guarantee a settlement date.
By ticking the acceptance box you confirm you have read and understood the above, in particular that the discount is an estimate decided by the court and not guaranteed by Zapp, and that coverage is currently limited to Delhi.
