  • Sale deed is also referred as Conveyance Deed. Sale deed is a very important document to transfer the ownership of property.
  • Stamp duty and transfer duty @ 4% if the vendor is a woman and @ 6% if the vendor is a man and for both 5%.
  • Registration fee is about one percent of the total value of transaction and additional pasting fees of Rs. 100/- also needs to be paid.
  • Both vendor and vendee need to be present along with identification documents i.e. Adhaar card and PAN card (both in Original) at the time of presentation in Sub Registrar Office.
  • Two witnesses’ along with Identification Documents need to be present during presentation of Documents.

Note: Transaction amount can be calculated as per: Area/Category Circle Rate * Property area in square meter

  • Our Registration Service Fees : Rs. 5000/- (Payable in installments)

  • Will is a Legal Document by which person directs his immovable/movable property, assets or we can say gives a legacy and gets distributed after the death of testator.
  • No stamp duty is required for Registration of Will.
  • Registration Fee of Sub-Registrar is Rs. 600/-.
  • The Testator along with two witnesses and Adhaar card needs to be present during presentation.

  • GPA can be registered only along with Agreement to Sale except in case of Blood Relation.
  • Registration fee for GPA is Rs.1100/-
  • Registration fee for Agreement to Sell is about one percent of the total value of transaction and additional pasting fees of Rs. 100/- also needs to be paid.
  • In Agreement to Sell, Stamp duty is @ 4% if the vendor is a woman and @ 6% if the vendor is a man and for both 5%.
  • In Agreement to Sell, Transaction amount can be calculated as per: Area/Category Circle Rate * Property area in square meter
  • GPA between Blood Relations can be registered with stamp duty of Rs.100/- and Registration Fee of Rs.1100/-
  • Two witnesses’ along with Identification Documents i.e. Adhaar card and PAN card (both in Original) need to be present during presentation of documents

Note: If you own Leasehold DDA Property and if you purchased property as GPA Holder/Agreement to Sell after the date 11/10/2011 than DDA will not convert your property into Freehold because as per DDA Policy the property purchased before 11/10/2011 can only apply for Freehold.

  • Relinquishment Deed is a Legal Document in which person legally release his legal rights of the property to the person who covers under his deed.
  • Registration fee of Sub-Registrar is Rs. 1000/- and additional pasting fees of Rs. 100/- also needs to be paid.

  • Rent Agreement is the Agreement between the Owner & Tenant describing the terms and conditions in order to use the property.
  • Stamp Duty up to 5 years is @ 2%, from 5-9 years 3% and above 9 years 6%
  • Registration fee of Sub-Registrar is Rs. 1000/- and additional pasting fees of Rs. 100/- also needs to be paid.
